We accept only bank transfer as payment. Please click on the order form and double check your orders before confirming.
Do you offer international delivery?
We are based in Singapore and cuurently we are looking at the local market. However in the future, we might be looking overseas delivery. At the moment, we would like to keep it small & simple.
Am I able to refund or make amendments once payment is made?
We are afraid that we do not allow refund or amendments to the order once it is confirmed. This is to ensure efficiency in delivery and to help minimize errors in our orders process.

What is your return & exchange policy?
We would like to eliminate any hassle to your shopping experience with us. Thus, every item sold would be thoroughly checked for any defects before it is dispatched.

What is a Black Label items?​
Black Label products are based on factory overseas. They are unique and specially picked by Niftyorigins because of their design. Thus, delivery will take around 6-9 working days and depending of the stock availablity. Nonetheless, they are definitely worth the wait.

How do I track my order?

We are afraid that we are not able to track or be liable for lost delivery under non-registered mail. For registered mail, once payment is confirmed, we will drop you an email with the tracking number. All local delivery wil be via singpost.

How long will it take until I receive my order?

Upon confirmation, please allow us 1-2 days to process your order. This is to help ensure accuracy in our delivery. For local deliveries, usually it will take 2-4 days to reach you once it is dispatched.
